The staff struggled with professionalism. Check-in was a hassle since they initially couldn’t find my reservation—even after I called ahead to confirm. The pool was closed for maintenance, and the amenities were limited. Lastly, the hotel is quite far from shops and restaurants, making it tough to explore without a car.

The bedroom was luxury and good-sized. Had all necessary amenities, a work desk, coffee/tea making equipment, and TV. The staffs were very good & welcoming. Overall the service was admirable. The whole experience was quite comfortable.

I had a pretty decent stay at this hotel during my business trip. The room was spacious and clean, which made for a comfortable environment to unwind after long meetings. Plus, the breakfast was solid enough to start my day right. The location was convenient for my work purposes, making it easy to get around.

The staff’s attitude really put a damper on the experience. The check-in was chaotic, and I had to wait for basic necessities in my room. the parking situation and lack of nearby transport options were frustrating. the service needs a serious overhaul.

We greatly enjoyed our one-night stay. One of the highlights was the spacious rooms, which featured a hair dryer, a bidet, and a walk-in shower. We didn’t want to leave and will definitely choose this hotel for our future trips!

Amicable staff and good-sized rooms, we had a comfortable experience. Appreciated the food at their on-site restaurant Donatello. We didn't want to say goodbye, totally recommend.
